New Year and New Adress

The last year was incredible and 2010 will become even busier. But note: 3D Workshops are still helt in our studio location in Ahornstr. 5 in 82205 Gilching. We're happy to welcome you on our new location in future. Our office will re-open on 11th of January.
Stereotec shoots for EXPO 2010
We are currently shooting a large 3D project for an Pavillion at the EXPO 2010 in Shanghai. The shoot takes place in 6 different locations in all parts of China over 34 days. The project is supported by a full motorized "STEREOTEC 3D-Live Carbon Fiber Rig" with two RED one and two "STEREOTEC Side-by-Side Maxi" units (one is used for still photography and timelaps shots). The stereography is done by Florian Maier. The final result will be seen at the Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
Wim Wenders shot with STEREOTEC Rig
The new italian short movie from Wim Wenders "Il volo" was supported by a "STEREOTEC mini Side-by-Side Rig". This project represents the first Italian stereoscopic cinema production and probably the first attempt in the world to tell a true story in 3D. The STEREOTEC Side-by-Side Rig mini was used with two Si-2k to support the shooting with a very light solution in addition to a mirror rig. The production was done by Xilostudios in Italy.

Stereoscopic Technologies GmbH showed its new products "STEREOTEC 3D Live Rig" and the 3D-Side-by-Side-Rigs at the booth of Wige media AG, of Easylook Systems, of Transvideo, of P+S Technik and of Iridas. The feedback was incredible good. Thank you all.
STEREOTEC Rigs shown at NAB and Cinegear 2009
Florian Maier showed his new products "STEREOTEC Stereoscopic Calculator" and the new 3D-Side-by-Side-Rigs at the P+S Technik Booth and the SLX / Cmotion Booth at NAB. The Stereotec Rigs will be shown as well at Cinegear at the Panther/SLX booth .
3d projection and 24" 3d display
Stereoscopic Technologies GmbH has the possibility to show 3d content in HD (720p) on an portable Silver screen with a two-projector system. For fairs and events an additional 24" 3d display from Miracube is available as well. Both systems can be rent for 3d events or 3d projects.
studio and 3d cinema
For 3d studio recording Stereoscopic Technologies GmbH has a new studio. The studio provides 46 sqm, 3.40 m hight, complete lighting with studio-lights and dimmer, background curton and audio-equipment. For 3d screenings the studio can be changed into a 3d cinema with 3d projection onto a 4 m x 2.25 m silver screen (linear polarisation).
