BILLY LYNN’S LONG HALFTIME WALK from Ang Lee plays right now in cinemas in Germany. It was shot with 3 of our fully motorized STEREOTEC Lightweight Rigs in amazing 120 FPS 4K 3D. Enjoy it. Stereographer was Demetri Portelli and DOP was John Toll.

Our 3D shortfilm „Call Her Lotte!“ (Stereography by Florian Maier and his team from Stereotec) was invited to the Festival de Cannes! The world premiere took place at the Los Angeles Jewish Filmfest, followed by the UK-Premiere at the Edinburgh 3D Film Festival. The film was screened in Cannes on May 19th with incredible good feedback . Read more at Variety.

Paramount’s „Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters“ will premiere on Thursday evening in Hollywood. STEREOTEC did the live action stereography and two STEREOTEC Mid Size Rigs were used. Enjoy the trailer:

Paramount Pictures has moved the worldwide release date of „Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters“ (starring Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton) from March 3, 2012 to January 11, 2013.Paramount had chosen STEREOTEC for the live action 3D recording of the movie because of STEREOTEC’s quick workflow and outstanding 3D quality. Two STEREOTEC Mid Size Rigs were used on set and the stereography was done by Lead Stereographer Florian Maier and his STEREOTEC crew.

Release date was September 29, 2011 in Germany. Florian Maier, Stereographer and his team from STEREOTEC did this first 3D feature film in Germany with Rat Pack Film Production and Constantin Film using the new STEREOTEC Mid Size Rigs.
